Proverbs to Proverbs
Proverbs to Proverbs
Apples to Apples with Bible wisdom. Match Proverbs to life's situations — party game for 3–10 players.
How to play
Like Apples to Apples — but with Scripture.
Gather 3–10 players
Create a room and share the code. The host starts when at least three people have joined.
Deal the cards
Everyone gets a hand of Bible wisdom cards (Proverbs, and optional Sirach or Wisdom). Each player also holds situation prompts if they might judge.
Judge plays a situation
One player is the Judge each round. They pick a green situation card — for example, “When a friend asks for advice.”
Match your best proverb
Everyone else chooses one card from their hand that fits the situation. Submissions are anonymous — the Judge sees the verses, not who played them.
Pick the winner
The Judge picks the best match. That player earns one point (one green card). Proverb cards played that round are discarded; players draw back up.
First to the target wins
The win score scales with table size (shown in the lobby). The Judge role rotates each round until someone reaches the target score.
